After starting with TBA, Tim has been involved in several areas. He started in Online sales when he was hired in 8/6/2012. From there he moved to pulling orders and stocking shelves in the Warehouse. After progressing to managing the inventory at the Indianapolis location and filling in for Store Managers, he moved to the Avon Store as Store Manager. From there he moved and is currently at the Carmel Store as the Store Manager.
Tim is happily married to Jennifer Graves and lives in Noblesville.
