BANDO USA, INC. warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service, for a period of one year after date of shipment. Bando’s obligation under this warranty is limited to
repairing or furnishing a similar product without charge. Bando shall have the option of requiring the return of
the defective material, transportation prepaid, to establish the claim. All claims must be made in writing. No
allowances will be made for repairs or alterations without Bando’s written consent or approval. Bando shall not
in any event be liable for any special or indirect or consequential damage. THERE IS NO IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
